Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time/Method. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect 5-7 business days:

Free Shipping applies only to Ground Shipping (your order arrives in 5-7 business days. The qualifying amount excludes taxes and must be met by final total after all discounts are applied. If you choose to upgrade your delivery during a Free Shipping Event, you will only be charged the difference in amounts between standard shipping and the level you choose to upgrade to.
These shipping options are available for U.S. destinations only (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Return Merchandise Policy.

 

We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of your new product! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department. To obtain approval, simply contact us via e-mail at info@comfybeanbags.com or call at 281-303-5576 and explain the reasons for your return. If your merchandise fits our criteria, our friendly customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time. The RMA confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail for your records.

Exchanged items will be credited to the same credit card you used to purchase (minus shipping charges) within seven days after merchandise has been received. Your replacement order will be charged to that same credit card and and delivered within 5-7 business days.

All returns and exchanges must be:

  • Unused merchandise (we cannot accept a used sexual product)
  • Made within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Shipped pre-paid via UPS, FedEx or a courier that issues a tracking number
  • Returned with a copy of your invoice and RMA number

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges unless you were sent a defective product or the wrong product.

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
