What is my bean bag made of?

We began with a high caliber, high-density, polyurethane foam core (what we call the Eco Foam), which spent months being designed, engineered and tested to meet our standards. (Yes, testing was the most fun part of the process.) The result is a perfect balance of firm support (two moving bodies need plenty of that) and plush cushioning.

How do I care for my Bean Bag?

All of our products have covers that are stain-resistant and easy-as-pie to clean. The sensuous cover zips right off and washes up like a pair of jeans (in cold water). Your Bean bag will last you a long, long time.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

We are committed 100 percent to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of your Bean Bag! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or a prompt refund. If your merchandise fits these criteria, and you've been issued a Return Authorization Number, please ship it pre-paid in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice and RMA number.
